Having supported the Indiana Division of Aging in multiple capacities since 2015, InLeadS is thrilled to once again be engaged with the Division and staff around compliance with the CMS Settings Rule and its expectations for person centered planning, support for dignity of risk, addressing rights modifications, and implementing a person centered service planning process.

While this contract is broadly about operationalizing good person centered practices in the day-to-day lives of people with disabilities, it is more specifically about helping people get better lives. Polices always affect people; and behavior is always communication. These beliefs frame this particular work with a dedicated provider agency, around developing unique and highly specialized supports for someone labelled with challenging behavior.
